07/08/10... Xzilon Metal Polish On Sale!... All of the Xzilon Metal Polish is On Sale until the end of August for $41.95/tub. Xzilon Metal Polish comes in 20oz. (not 16oz.!) containers and covers all grades from Super Fine (S) to Titanium (T). Xzilon Metal Polish has been proven to work in the most demanding environments by the pickiest of customers. 07/06/10... Embraer approves Xzilon X-20-18 for brightwork. Granitize Aviation is pleased to announce that it has received approval from Embraer Aircraft for use of Xzilon, p/n X-20-18, on all it's manufactured aircraft bright work. Embraer Standard NE 40-235, Revision Report RR_NE-235E, dated 14 June 2010, specifies the application of Xzilon as a corrosion inhibitor on all new aircraft and specifies regular reapplication intervals. In addition, Embraer AMM Part II-2770 - Chapter 10-10-01-02 (Task 10-10-01-500-801-A & Task 10-10-01-500-802-A) dated Dec 14 2009 and Embraer AMM Part II-2770 - Chapter 10-10-03-02 (Task 10-10-03-500-801-A) dated 15 MAR 2010 specify the application of Xzilon for normal and prolonged parking. 06/24/10... Design Approval Received for 35-600003 Bushing. We have received design approval for our replacement to Beechcraft p/n 35-600003 bushing. This bushing is commonly used on the Ruddervators of V-Tails, however, it is found on many Beechcraft Models. Production is being tooled up and we will have parts ready for shipping by early September. Our list price will be $18.00/ea - compare to Beech's price of ~$36.00. More parts on the way. 06/22/10... Metal Polish Residue Cleaner now available. Want an easier way to remove those pesky aluminum oxides that are left behind after polishing bright work? Well, we have now added Xzilon's Metal Polish Residue remover. This is a very effective cleaner for quickly removing aluminum oxides. It works faster that straight Isopropyl Alcohol alone.
